About The Westbury Hotel
The Westbury is a luxurious 5 star hotel in one of the most prestigious locations on Bond Street, Mayfair. The hotel is conveniently close to some of the finest museums, shops, theatres, restaurants and parks in the world.
The acquisition of Washington House will add another 28,000 sq ft of sophisticated elegance and luxury to the hotel and will open this autumn. The expansion will be a glorious addition to The Westbury’s four existing function rooms, which currently caters up to 120 guests.
With this addition, we will be able to comfortably accommodate in excess of 400 guests. These new spaces will host more extravagant events, such as fashion shows, cocktail receptions, gala dinners and AGMs on a much larger scale with state of the art facilities, with additional smaller function rooms to cater for smaller meetings.
In total, there will be 9 new function rooms, over two floors, in addition to The Westbury’s existing private dining and function rooms. Continuing with The Westbury’s current decor, these new spaces will be designed by Alex Kravetz, who recently oversaw the £25 million refurbishment throughout the hotel, including our four elegantly decorated event spaces. Our new rooms will be able to cater for any event and each shall be tailored to meet individual needs.
Currently, The Westbury has 246 rooms, 20 of which are suites, including a stunning roof top penthouse and panoramic terrace. The focus for the additional new bedrooms is to create more stunning suites.
With the already hugely successful Artisan, and the Polo Bar, The Westbury is proud to announce a new destination restaurant to be developed within the new acquisition. This new restaurant will continue to enhance the culinary experience at The Westbury.
