Live The Dream Launch Party - Wednesday 16th December

The Live The Dream Foundation launch party will be taking place on 16th December at Old Billingsgate.

The Live the Dream Foundation has been set up by Rio to provide education, training and employment opportunities for young people to achieve and fulfil their ambitions in the field of sport, the arts and cultural activity.


The foundation seeks to deliver the following results through it activities;

· Educational programmes for disadvantaged young people, raising academic standards to ensure employment
· Promote a wider understanding of employment opportunities related to sport, arts and culture
· Vocational training opportunities in sport, arts and cultural activities
· Establishment of specialist Live The Dream Centres, to deliver and host the above programmes across the UK
· High profile seminars to promote the work of the Live The Dream Foundation
· Work with Industry to promote gifted and talented pathways to those young people with the potential to excel in their chosen field
